Wagyu beef

wagyubeef_01

I decided to give this Japanese restaurant, Gyu Kaku, in Holland Village a try after hearing some good comments from my friend.

Prime Wagyu beef is an expensive dish and it is definitely not an everyday dish for a man on street. Though, Gyu Kaku does not offer the best prime Wagyu beef cut for its buffet meal, I must say it taste quite good as well.

Before the Wagyu Beef BBQ, we ordered some appetizers.

Korean Cucumber (Tastes very similar to the ones I tried in Korean Restaurant)

After finishing the 2 rounds of beef platter, we were done with the dinner.
Next, it's dessert time!

Milk Pudding

I ordered the milk pudding. To me, it is an interesting dessert. The white portion which you see above is the milk. On the top layer, it is some kind of syrup with some brown sugar.
It is very sweet and taste perfectly for someone with sweet-toothed as me. You have to try it for yourself to know what I mean.

Lastly, I must give 2 THUMBS up for this restaurant's service. It is very very good.
The staffs are very attentive to our needs. Good Work guys!

nice pics over there i must say!

can you make an effort to introduce more healthier, organic food into your blog such as tofu, vegetables, brocoli,carrots.. etc that is aligned with the Health's Ministry " Eat healthy" & "Ask for more vegetables " campaign and overall objectives?

i can already imagine your body size and BMI index just looking at all the stuffs you have been gorging on..

Hi there!

Most of the time, tasty food tends to be so called "unhealthy". It's really up to one's decision to determine the kind of healthy food. It is not necessary that eating more vegetables will lead to a better lifestyle..
Just remember that eating in balance is the key!
