It's that time of the year: Oktoberfest!!


I always had this dream of attending the Grand Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany. Nevertheless, it is great as well to celebrate it with my loved ones in Singapore.

To celebrate Oktoberfest, Paulaner creates a special brew just for this festival. Somehow it feels shiok to drink ice cold draft beer in the middle of the hot sunny day.



Personally, I still prefer the usual Munich Lager compared to the Oktoberfest beer.

Tawandang German Beer

I tried the Tawandang beer at Rama3 Road when I was in Bangkok.
It was an gigantic place, with nice beer and Thai food.

Now, it opened a new branch in Singapore, Dempsey.



The beer still taste as great as the one in Bangkok.
Somehow when the beer was served, it was not as chilled as I expected. Thus, it took me some time to finish up.

I ordered some chicken wings as well. But it turned to be so-so.



The night was accompanied by live band.
Consider this new chill-out place as your next destination if you want to have live band and lastly German beer!
