Talking about Dim Sum, the first thought that come to my mind is Hong Kong. I love Hong Kong (eat, eat, shop and shop!!!) so much that I hope to visit there yearly especially during winter season where the weather is so cool.
If you have curving for Dim Sum in the middle of the night, this is the place for you.
There is 1 item on the menu that you must try: Deep Fried Mee Suah (See image below). I find it very special because I never knew that Mee Suah can be deep fried. It is very crispy and tasty.

Xiao Long Bao is one of my favourite dish as well.

The skin is soft. When my teeth sank onto it, the meat juice will just flow smoothly down my throat. I love it so much that I can finish entire basket!
